Problem

Find the source of faults across connected vehicle systems before committing to a repair.

Constraint

Each repair began with an uncertain fault, so diagnosis had to precede parts replacement.

What I did

• Used top-down troubleshooting to diagnose faults in braking and cooling systems as well as suspension and engine hardware.
• Replaced a valve-cover gasket and serviced full brake systems plus wheel bearings. Climate-control work included an A/C condenser and evaporator.

Result

• Completed documented work on engine and chassis systems, plus cooling and A/C repairs.
